A Christian can't know everything nor is he or she supposed to. That is why we have a thing called Faith. If you don't have it, you won't understand it, but if you do, then there is an innate knowledge that what you believe is true. There will never be empirical evidence that Christ was resurrected, but if you have accepted his sacrifice for you, then you know that he was resurrected and will return again one day.

Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

No real hypocritical judgment here. Just an absolute fact that if he didn't accept Jesus Chist as his Lord and Savior, then he is condemning himself to Hell.

Damning someone because they do not agree with you sounds a lot like Old Testament. You know the, " Well that's Old Testament we don't really agree with everything that went on in the Old Testament", says the modern Christian.

It doesnt matter one iota if someone agrees with me or not. It matters whether they have chosen to repent of their sins and follow Christ. I would suggest you read the book of Romans (it's in the New Testament).

I understand what you are saying. I was raised Baptist, but what you are saying only matters to Christians. Think outside the box for a minute. A child that is raised in India is raised Hindu. He has the same amount of Faith and conviction about his religion that you do about yours. Does that make him wrong or mean he is going to Hell? The same can be said about every other religion including Muslims which make up 1/5th of the world population. Do I advocate Muslim religion is the right one? Hell No! But i don't hate them because of their religion. If Christians followed the Bible word for word Old Testament and New then Christianity would be a highly radical and possibly violent religion as well. I feel like instead of people saying they follow the Bible they should say they follow the Moral teachings of Jesus Christ. Hallelujah pass the ammunition.

I agree with your last statement, and somewhat with your first.

I can't say for absolute certainty what the "steps" will be when I die, judgement, new body (physical or spiritual) move in to a mansion, greeted by lost loved ones (a little sarcasm). However, I am absolutely 100% certain that I am going to be in Heaven. There have been a very few times in my life that I am absolutely convinced that I was literally standing/sitting in God's presence (almost like an out of body experience) - complete and total peace, complete and total love/warmth, complete and total understanding. Ironically, none of those events happened at church, with others around, or in a time of need. They just happened with really no explanation as to why or events that would have led to such an encounter.

I have never heard the audible spoken voice of God, nor do I profess to having visually seen the physical shape of God with my eyes - perhaps there are certain senses, feelings or emotions that can't be properly described; but I long for my next encounter.

I have faith in what I believe (or else I wouldn't believe it) but I guess I don't have a strong enough faith to beat people over the head with it.

It doesn't matter where or during what time throughout history a person has been born and lived. God has revealed himself to all mankind since the beginning of creation, so that, no one is without excuse. Even a person living in the far reaches of a South American jungle (refer to Romans 1:20). Jesus DID NOT teach moralism. Good works will not get anyone into Heaven, according to the Bible.

Any person claiming to be Christian that says or thinks other religions could also be right in their belief and enter heaven their way is not a Christian. You are denying everything the Bible teaches and you don't believe or have faith. This type of person is lost since to them Christ's life or sacrifice didn't matter and they think they can go to heaven their way. To the Christian there is only one way and that is through Christ

I read a couple of his books, and they'll make you wanna star at that stars before jumping off a cliff due to feelings of insignificance.

I am going to attach a Steve Anderson vid.
It is really good at (mockingly) showing how idiotic, unscientific, and delusional all the popular "scientists"
are when it comes to the subject of creation.

I know Anderson is sometimes over the top on some things, and vouching for or agreeing with him on everything
is not the point or purpose of using one of his discussions on this subject, as I don't agree with him on everything he
says or teaches (most things I do), but he really nails it in this video:

Would he have been famous if he wasn't in the wheel chair and have the robot voice? I always felt like he got more press because of it.

Ok cool that level of math and science is way beyond me for sure. So did he invent something or make some sort of scientific discovery?

To some degree he was on the same level as Albert Einstein. Worked with general relativity, black holes, etc. Has some stuff within cosmology named after him. Wrote a pretty popular book geared at bringing crazy complex ideas down to a general audience.

You would think that everybody would realize you can't get something from nothing...Let alone an Earth that is created to perfection in thousands of ways that the simple man can see with his own eyes. His logic would be like saying you can get a load of scrap at the junk yard dump it out on the ground and it will just turn into a F-16 fighter jet. Only a Fool says there is no God.

Yep, or more precisely, dump it out one hundred thousand million times and eventually it will come out an F-16.
