When you had a girl that picked our son up from school and stayed with him until we got home,’we paid her $15 an hour. We had one of those this past summer for 3 kids. Home from college for summer and her mom said get a job. We asked her how much and she said she didn’t care, she just had to get a job. We paid her $50/day to cart kids to practices, take them to movies, hang out at pool, etc... for 8 hours/day. She’s coming back this summer!
