Spice and clone are absolutely taking over up here. That stuff is straight from hell. Yesterday I had occasion to hear an ER doc say that last summer 30-some-odd kids died between the two hospitals he served in Decatur. (due to Spice alone)
The left lane is for the the purpose of moving the flow of traffic forward regardless of the speed limit. If your impeding the flow of traffic get your ass in the right lane. It's really that simple...
