A lot of good ideas, but nothing that jumps out at me. The organization won't make it without a catchy name and slogan. I guess the idea dies here and hunting is just doomed.
All the labor of man is for his mouth, and yet the appetite is not filled.

In my club in Jackson County, he has to be 8 point and have 16" inside spread or score 120". We hunt over 4,000 acres and their have only been 2 good bucks killed this season. There are numerous awesome hunters in the club, with these strict of rules shouldn't there be 10-15 130+ bucks hitting the ground each season? There isn't, I don't like the state telling me how many bucks I can kill in a season or any organization either. I only shoot good deer, last season I killed a mature 10 pt (13in wide), mature 4 point (14 in wide) and a goofed up 6 point that was 17 in wide. All of these were on private land so there were no regulations. But, all three wouldn't have made the club rules and they were all 4.5+ yrs old. They are all trophies in my book, the only rule that I approve of is a base mass measurment. I have seen plenty of young wide 8 pts, that rule is a good way to get your good genetic deer killed quick. I have never seen a young buck with big mass at the bases though. I hunt for fun, I spend thousands on this hobby every season. But regulation after regulation will drive this honest hunter away. My rule for people that hunt on my personal lease is "shoot what makes you happy!"
