I've heard this more than once on this thread "Hold them until x arrives" and I just want to point out (since I have slept in a holiday inn more than once) I don't think that's legal either. Whether it's by rope, gun or chain. I'll say this. I ran up on a poacher other day. Called GW and he specifically told me to hold them in and do not let them leave. I did. How'd you hold him? Parked my truck sideways across the gate. Had mossberg 12ga defender in my lap.
