I understand why you have a hard time believing he was that old. He's not. He's not even half way to 8 IMO. With no history or other jawbones from that specific property and not knowing soil type, I'd say he was a 3 yr old based on just that one picture of the jawbone and typical wear exhibited in Bama. Soil type can and does affect tooth wear but I'd say with 70-80% certainty, that came from a 3 yr old. Ill show you a jawbone of a deer I believe is 4.5 that came from my property this year as soon as I get the euro finished. These deer are eating the same thing cause they lived less than 2 miles apart.
Would walk over a naked woman to get to a gobblin turkey!
