This could be a good piece of property to have exclusive access to if you know how to handle it right. It's a neat little spot man. There is a creek that runs for miles, lots of brush with possible bedding areas, tall oak trees. A trails have already been cut there. It's a squirrel haven. I've seen lots of rabbits sometime. I see a deer every blue moon back there but NEVER anything that big
