^^^This^^^ I would secure my gun and go get my deer like I do whenever needs be . Never had issues but cant really do chit to you if you don't have your gun . This is an example of when it's better to ask for forgiveness then permission . Not sure what the law's like in your parts but there's a recent example up here of a fella getting prosecuted for crossing line looking for a buck off his property. Guess the law's the law but yall be careful if your willing to "do then ask permission later"... could equal court costs, loss of license, probation or worse.
