Or, you could hand load some shells like the one found at the scene...slap full of rifle powder. Toss a box of them jokers out in front of the trailer.
I used to know a guy that did this back in the 60's when the blacks were rioting in Chattanooga. Blew up several blacks trying to shoot cops. BTW, he's in prison on unrelated charges, has been for 40 years.
I got the idea from a CIA operation in Vietnam I read about. They got the green berets to place hot loads in enemy ammo depots in order to create distrust in Chinese ammo.
