I know y'all are tired of us posting our food pics, but dammit we like to cook good food and we like to eat and hopefully that will encourage folks to do the same. It is a noble endeavor. Tonight is baked Alaska salmon with a ginger, maple and lemon glaze. Served with quinoa, julienne carrots and green onions and baked zucchini with Parmesan, Japanese bread crumbs, olive oil and Italian seasonings.

Irish - keep em coming brother. I for one always look forward to your posts. I honestly like the texture of rice better, but I like the flavor of the quinoa a little more. Like I said in the other post I like them both and just try to mix it up a little. Thanks for the nice comments.

I like all of it as well, but israeli couscous with some soy is about my favorite.
