This is totally off the wall but my wife and I are looking for some property to build a house. One tract is 33 acres (inside city limits) that is perfect except the south property line borders a big cemetery. Would that bother you guys? How does it affect real estate values?

There's benefits too. Can't build low income housing or a strip mall next to you on that side either.

Life is a journey. Make sure and bring plenty of Beer.

My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.

Not sure what it does to property values, but I wouldn't have a problem with it as long as it's not an abandoned cemetery that young hooligans hang out in.

Here's the tract. I would build in NW quadrant. It's tract 72 and 73 001

I wouldn't build in the city limits if you're planning on this being the permanent homestead. I don't want neighbors too close or city idiots telling me what I can or can't do to my own property

Two roads diverged in the woods and I took the one with deep ruts, hills and mud.It may be bumpy but WHAT A RIDE!

Cool place to take the kids camping and tell ghost stories.

Nauvoo ain't really a city. More like a small community. With 33 acres you won't know you're in the city.

I don’t think it would bother me. It looks like you wouldn’t even be able to see it.

33 acres is a place to spread out, shoot guns and have tons of fun. Not in the city limits though, no matter what city.

Get the F out of the BATFE. The F is guaranteed by the US Constitution. Those other letters are not.
