Based on what I have seen when you compare the deer killed today with those we killed 30+ years ago.. early 80's when I was hunting all over Jackson Co. I hunted Clear Creek, Jacob's Mtn. Skyline and family property on Maxwell. I'm going to say the TN herd has had some influence.

Whatever you want to believe is fine by me. I could not care less it is just my opinion and I may very well be wrong. If those genetics look like they came from South Alabama to you go with it. They don't to me.

Franklin Forest is at Sherwood and you could roll a wheelchair from Elora, TN into Madison Co. Sewanee is the same bunch of mountains.

I have confirmed one thing though... to have such a strong opinion you sure as hail don't know what you are talking about.
