they can come onto private property to check hunting activity at any time. They cannot come into your fenced backyard w/o a warrant. They cannot legally cut the lock off a gate to enter. They can walk around the gate or climb a fence. Destruction of private property such as cutting gates, deleting photos off a game cam would be illegal.
