What others said... Look, the noise may travel 100-200 yds but if the deer are 300- 400 yds away they never hear it. 15 to 30 minutes later they can be walking under your stand never knowing something made noise 30 minutes ago. Especially if they were over a ridge top when you set up.

If you walk 100 yds through dry leaves to get to your stand you have already made more noise than the climber did.

Climbers are too loud. You’ll see more deer if you’ll just drive your side by side to a box stand

Climber is my FAV way to hunt. First one, just pulled my stuff up, not even a shell in the gun yet. 2nd one, just got sat down texting wife I was good when these slick heads popped out.

The deer you are hunting is the one an hour from being under your tree when you got there. He didnt hear you climb the tree, but he might hear your heart beating as he walks by.

I don't have to think about it, it's definitely the most relaxed time for me. The third hand stabilizer straps are great.
