Start by buying several reloading manuals and read them; then get someone to help you get started.
I recently helped a guy get started who insisted on skipping that step - you can just tell me everything was his attitude. He is loading rounds but I kinda regret not insisting he read some manuals. There are gaps in his understanding that will probably never be filled.
All the labor of man is for his mouth, and yet the appetite is not filled.

good point Steve, there's stuffing cases and then there is knowing what, and why, you are doing.

When you actually do start loading your first rounds, start LOW. Work your way up on powder loads. I have the Hornady, Nosler & Lyman reloading manuals and Sierra on line. Read it all at least twice through and be sure to ask questions if you don't understand something. There are a few gentlemen on Aldeer that have a clue about reloading. Ask them.
I came, I saw, so I killed them all......Vern

The ammo shortages under the great gun salesman (Obummer) got a lot of neophytes into reloading. I've talked to some people at the range and seen their loads and it's alarming some of the stuff I've seen and heard. I bought a complete RCBS setup last year for half price of new, there are some deals to be had on used kit right now. Ammo prices have dropped and some of these folks have lost interest.
