How is a scaffold used in deer hunting and what would one look like just for this purpose ? any one ?
Scaffold likely was used as a catch-all when the original law/reg was written years ago, before today's proliferation of various stands, shooting houses and such. As for the Forever Wild ad valorem tax bill, that definitely could have a domino effect. I don't know what kind of tourism board or agency exists in Coosa County, but IMO they could easily promote recreational tourism - hiking, camping, birding, biking, outdoor photography, trail runs, hunting, fishing - with some foresight to help bring in folks to enjoy what's there. Probably easier to just say "give us that lost tax money" though.
