Two separate bills would (1) prohibit smoking in vehicles with a minor present and (2) raise the age for possession of tobacco products to 21
Nanny state! And also hilarious. You can break the big, bad federal immigration laws and it's no biggie. But smoke a Winston around a kid, and they'll nail you to the wall.
