About 100-120 round trip for me and the wife.

Would walk over a naked woman to get to a gobblin turkey!

Do you pay out of pocket for fuel and upkeep?

Unfortunately so. As the business owner one way or another I have to pay for everything. There are tax write offs and adjustments of course but you'd have to ask the accountant about all that.

I'm in outside sales so I'm on the road all the time. If I go to our shop, it's 39 miles each way. I have driven as much as 500 miles in a single day from the time I left the house until I made the loop calling on customers, and got back home. The average for me though is a couple hundred miles a day.

I usually average 200-250 miles a day.. 165 miles round trip, plus whatever I drive around the base and huntsville. I change my oil every 7,000 miles give or take, which puts me getting an oil change every 5-6 weeks.

I go about 2500 miles one way. But I take an airplane. Does that count?

Had a 75-mile round trip commute for years. It wasn't bad because it helped to get my prepped for the day on the way to work, and it really helped to put work behind me and wind down on the way home. Now my commute is 1/10th of a mile. I would not want to back to a long commute.

I have a 100 mile round trip, only you can know if it will be worth the drive, for me it is because I can't make the money I make where I live....

87 miles round trip... definitely worth it for me, few (if any) good paying jobs in my line of work any closer so I have to travel

I average 180 miles per day. I'm in sales. Today I may only drive 10 (office day) but next Tuesday morning I will get up and drive to Baton Rouge.

Most of my commuting was done "at work", rather than getting to work.

26 minutes round trip. Years ago I commuted 140 miles round trip. I would NEVER do that now.

These days my commute is 40 feet or 40 yards. Depending on how much I decide to do today.

50-60 miles round trip, depending on the route I take. I really don't mind the drive. It's my time for quiet and winding down from work stuff.
