I cut he heart into Strips and cooked in a skillet with fajita seasoning. It as very good. more dense than a steak but extremely tender and mild. Not gamey or "bloody-tasting" at all, and no aftertaste (granted, it was well seasoned). I was a fan and the kids liked it a lot too. Next time I'll either pan fry it or maybe grill it.
