Mine have since 3:30 this morning. Hard to watch tv when power flickers off/on every 10 minutes or so. My guess the grid is maxed out.

My guess is there's a limb or tree laying on your powerline somewhere.

report it to your local power provider, sounds like substation load is unbalanced, which will make the breaker operate when amps differ in large amounts from each phase. or the breaker, fuse, that feeds your meter is overloaded fro everone being home cooking , and heating.

Grew up doing electrical work for my dad's company, may want to check your panel and make sure all your connections at the breaker are tight. I've seen loose connections cause lights to flicker.

But, if it wasn't doing this before all the cold temps, it's probably the power grid getting slammed.

That's a good point. Most ground fault relays don't actually measure neutral current, they calculate the neutral loading based on phase currents. An imbalance could memic a ground fault.
