Ha!! I dont think so, i was barely in the top half of the slow class, but I just know what works for us. I started interacting differently with my property this morning. I dropped a great 130-140 class running at about 400 yards. Thanks for the tips Bill. Was using my Dad's new mathews helix, that bow is nice. @Grant_UAB I think you mean inner acting.

If you go to a lodge in bama, what you find out is that you know 100s more about hunting then the kid who drops you off at a shooting house as he makes a loop to drop off 6 other hunters. The majority of lodges are setup for a yankee to come experience southern hospitality and maybe 1-10 will have a deer to walk out on a greenfield. THAT IS THE PREDOMINATE LODGE TRIP IN BAMA. Y'all going to the wrong lodges. There are some great outfits in Bama!

JallenCrockett is spot on. It isn't what you think it is. JAC is spot on but that is what I have always believed the vast majority of Alabama outfitters do.

I’ve never understood why someone who hunts every year in Alabama would want to go hunt at a lodge in Alabama...and expect it to be different.
Go somewhere other than Bama and be amazed at how good deer hunting can really be. ^^^^ This!
