Neat perspective on a fair chase hunt. I think I would have looked at it as an opportunity to spend with friends and family with the bonus of the "possibility" of a fair chase deer. Clearly you might have a slight temper considering your reaction to the chair was to throw it out of the stand and from there it seems your hunt went down hill. How about set a better example for the kid and overcome the challenge? Maybe you should consider a luxury high fence hunt with luxury stands in the hopes that your unrealistic expectations of perfection in a deer hunt can come true. That way the kid can remember how everyone can get a trophy, instead of the adult acting like a spoiled brat.
