Killed a few spikes and a basket rack 4 point but God blessed me Saturday morning with one for the wall. And in the snow it was around 7am and I caught movement about 100 yards in the back of the cutover next to the creek. I seen it was a deer a pulled my gun up to scope it out and I thought it was a doe behind a small tree and then he turn his head and I put the crosshairs on his shoulder and let one go. In shock after I shot I didn't see him run I'm praying all the way across the cutover that I hit him and would find blood.when I got right next to the creek about 5 yards away I saw him and dropped to my knees and thanked god for such a beautiful morning and hunt. I was like a little kid again. He weighed 200lbs 18 3/4 inside spread. Wish I could post pics. Not record book big by no means but he is one I will never forget. And off my pawpaws land in Elmore county. It was definitely a blessing. Thought I would share my story. Wish I could post pics to see what you guys think.

I�m 70 now and killed my 89th and 90th bucks this year- one in NC and one in MI. I stopped mounting bucks after I shot a 160 P&Y whitetail and a 167 2/8 P&Y both with my bow. I just save the racks now. Same with African Euro mounts. After two 50� + kudu, two 40� + gemsbuk, two warthogs, two wildebeests and a huge eland, it�s pictures only for me- no more room for mounts.
