Ha, do they still sell TAB? yeah, they do...got a 12pk not long ago, for the nostalgia of it....still tastes as bad as it did back in the 70's

I learned long ago that most of a hangover comes from the sweet crap I used to mix with my whiskey....
I think a hangover comes from dehydration….. ive found out if i chug a few big glasses of water before I go to sleep after I been drinking I don't hardly have a hang over You're all wrong. A hangover is caused by drinking too much. Now, if you can't figure out how the wife keeps getting pregnant, I can explain that too.

I don't drink either. I'm a scotch or a Crown guy myself. Both either on the rocks or with a splash of water. Occasionally a rum and coke or a Moscow Mule.

Speak for your self Irish.... at 3 years old I was drinking single malt scotch, black coffee and smoking Marlboro reds  Funny you say that I actually drank my first Budweiser when I was about 10 and smoked my first Marlboro when I was 11. Thank God neither one of those took. You'd been screwed had you started with a natural light and Marlboro light

Bourbon must be distilled from at least 51% corn. All bourbons are whiskies, but not all whiskey/whisky is bourbon. Some whiskies use malted barley or rye or blends as main ingredient. Bourbon must have at least 51% corn. Jack Daniels is a Tennessee Whiskey that qualifies as a bourbon, but is specifically a Tennessee Whiskey because all/most all Tennessee Whiskey is filtered through sugar maple charcoal, Lincoln County Process, to be considered a Tennessee Whiskey. I prefer a good smooth bourbon. But I don't drink very often any more.

The new Dettling Bourbon made in South Alabama just recently made it into the ABC stores. It tastes really good and smooth. Might try and get my hands on a bottle tomorrow.
Do not regret growing older, it's a privilege denied to many!

If some of you guys like scotch and bourbon, you have got to try John Emerald whiskey distilled in Opelika, AL. It's like scotch and bourbon had a love child. They roast the barley over a peach and pecan wood fire and it gives it a nice Smokey flavor. Awesome.
Right now I'm enjoying a glass of Wild Turkey 101 on the rocks. Damn good whiskey.
