when pressed about the previous 5 deportations and shouldn't have been here to pull the trigger in the first place, the defender slides right by that tidbit, every time...glazed right over it like it wasn't just asked of him point blank. instead he makes it political and brings trump and him being investigated up (to try and quell some blowback over the backwards azzed verdict)
experience is a freakin' awesome teacher....

Sad for her family but that's California for you. But let's not forget criminals are turned loose on the streets in every city, every state, every week. Intelligent people are too busy to serve on juries and find ways to avoid jury duty. These decisions are often not in the hands of the most capable. ^^^This
