who does it (and will admit to it)? I've never done it, but always thought it would be a great workout. Not so much for weight loss, but keeping you from getting "stove up". I always see people talk about how when they start getting in their 40's/50's, everything hurts, they're stiff/sore all the time, etc. Just seems like that would go a long way in preventing it.

I know some versions of it have a more "spiritual" aspect to the program/routine......I wouldn't be down with all that, but the actual exercises/stretches/etc seem like they'd be great for keeping you loose and moving.
