A little confusing to follow the article as to who is who. I know I've had to stand down a time or two on a couple of road situations. Most of the time it's better to just bow out and deescelate no matter how right you may be. I thought it was poorly written too. Shooter argues with victim's son, son follows shooter, calls victim (his father), victim (father) meets them on I-10, father and son box shooter in with their vehicles, victim threatens shooter with death, shooter reacts, victim dies on the way to hospital. Those facts sound like self defense in my opinion.
