Glad the trash was arrested on another charge. As to the profanity, it is generally against a law or ordinance but if your DA and Judges aren't going to uphold it, then LE is pretty much neutered on the issue. In Texas you can display those words as they are not directed at a single individual. But call the store clerk a MF'er and you may get a citation. I was kinda' wondering about this. I guess you can just walk to a stranger and give them the bird. But just don't say F-you?
