I shot Hornady 139gr SSTs though mine. Killed a truck load with that combo.

I have a Model 7 and use the Hornady 139gr SST's. Haven't had a problem with recovery and the gun groups well with that bullet.

Any 140 grain bullet will work great on deer in that cartridge. I personally use the Accubond.

Take your kids hunting instead of hunting your kids.

I'd rather be LOST in the woods than FOUND in the city.

Drive a hybrid, I need your gas.

Your mind is your primary weapon. Never let it get rusty.

I shoot the Federal Premium 140 grain Noslar Partitions. But, I have heard great things about the Fusions, Accubonds and SSTs. The SSTs would not group out of my gun.

Core Lok 140 Grain. Manage recoil groups just as well as the standard.

I have personally found that 120 grainers group better and kill as well as the 140 grain ones in my 7MM inside 200-250 yards.

Will you base your decision on popularity or what you have actually tested?

To me, the most fun part of buying a gun is finding it's sweet spots.

Wes, that's a very political and unbiased.

I agree
