I circled that saddle and benches because of that reason. You can go up that road to the south and drop right off into that saddle or move out of the saddle on one of those flats/benches to account for thermals. I prefer the flats/benches because of how deer run them.

That's not what I consider a saddle. Not a very pronounced elevation change in a short distance with high spots on 2 sides.

The elevation of that area is exactly what ours is on the biggest saddle on our property east of little coon. If I could use that road to the south and park at the top that’s exactly where I would be. I’d move down that saddle and sit on the edge of it on one of those benches.
