With a property that small, as far away from a road as you can get. What?! Some of the better stands I've ever hunted were in sight of a public road. Still are. Deer pay no attention to traffic. I'd get somewhere I could get close to them piling in that harvested corn field in the evenings, maybe that inlet where the field cuts to the northwest with a predominately west wind.

I guess every road isn't created equal. Some are really busy and noisy. I was also assuming the property was much smaller than 150 acres, just by aerial appearance.

I was watching a documentary on coyotes a while back and they one tagged with GPS tracking. It would hang out in a small wooded area between the off-ramp and interstate during the day.

I like this spot either on the edge of that saddle or on one of the benches that run east out of the saddle. That's an easy trek for them to come out of those corn fields and through that valley to where they are probably bedding toward that peak. I would bet they're using those benches to move along the valley and then up the saddle to bedding. That's where I would hunt anyway.

I hope we have once again reminded people that man is not free unless government is limited. Theres a clear cause and effect here that is as neat and predictable as a law of physics: as government expands, liberty contracts. Ronald Reagan

With all the food options, heat etc, It's hard to pattern their movements. We have almost the same problem at our lease in Wayne County, TN. Sorry for the horrible pic, but these are the areas I'd hunt and you need to sit all day. The rut is about to explode at anytime at our place.

That place looks hard to hunt in the AM if you don't like to walk and get above them. I hunt it in the AM , I'm walking up the line on one side or the other depending on the wind, then looping down from the top.

Hunting the very edge of the property line and be sure to face your stand either down the line or slightly facing the neighboring property. Winner
