Hurts is an average to slightly below average passer, but is supremely efficient/safe in overall execution. Tua is an elite passer, likely NFL arm talent and has the quickest release I've ever seen on a QB, but is an unknown (to the fans at least) as it relates to efficiency/safety. What do you do? I guess the thing is Alabama fans have had supreme safety for 10 years now, and by golly it has worked. But we wanna know what happens if you maintain 95% of that "safety" and add the elite/NFL passing????? Could be a step backwards, or.....
