I've had coverking ballistic on mine for 5 years. They still doing good

Do the Marathons (or other brands) look "factory"? Or not necessarily factory, but not like some "universal fit" cheap crap that's baggy.

here are pics of my Sportsman Camo Covers...obviously you can get different patterns/colors, but they are designed for specific vehicles, not "one-size-fits-all" (I believe the same can be said for the Marathons as well as other "nicer" seat covers). The only noticeable "wear" is you can see they are slightly faded from sliding in/out of the seats over the years. These seat covers were 13-14yrs old when these pics were taken (purchased in 2003).

Well, not forever. I bought a set in 2001. Finally wore them out in 2016. I need to order another pair for my 01 Z71.

I back the Sportsman Camo Covers, has a pair in my 2004 F-150 for 8 years. Just ordered a new set for my 2013 F-150 last week.

Seat Covers "Marathon", Chain Saw "Stihl", Diesel Engine "Cummins". All of which I've never regretted purchasing. Marathon customer service is exceptional.

This is a serious question, I promise I'm not trying to be a smartass, so please don't take it that way....

What "customer service" do you need out of a seat cover company? I had my Sportsman Camo Covers since 2003 and never once had a need to contact them for anything. I hear the same thing said about Yeti..."they have fantastic customer service". It's a cooler, what customer service do you need? I could understand it from something like a piece of machinery (boat/car/atv/tractor/etc) that requires regular maintenance, but if the cooler/seat covers/whatever are performing the way they are supposed to (not breaking/tearing up), you shouldn't need any customer service.

I'm on my third truck with marathon covers, when I view customer service for products like these I look at how much effort did they put into to making sure I was happy with the product. Even though you can order them online, you're still going to speak with a customer service rep prior to them making them to ensure you are getting what you want, they will not start cutting fabric until you speak with them. Helps them and helps you get the right product the first time. On my last set, they made sure I was okay with the fact that it was going to take as much as 6-8 weeks to get them to me, they are a small company and have a huge demand for their products. Prior to shipping them out to me they called me to let me know they where on the way and gave me the tracking number and when they should be there. About a week after they arrived they called me again to make sure I was happy with the product and that they fit correctly. Once again, telling me if I had any problems with them to contact them and they would take care of it. So in a nutshell, if you are going to put that much effort into making sure I'm satisfied with my purchase, then I consider that exceptional "customer service". I like the fact that in this case I'm supporting a small american made company that takes pride in their work. Hopefully they will stay that way, and others will follow.

This may have tipped me towards Marathon.
