No there is only 1 championshi and game and 1 winner. AL and LSU got there based un a system everyone agreed on.

Why wouldn't they be? The rules clearly state that the winner of the BCSNC game is the BCS National Champion.

The rules do not say anything about one has to win their conference or division to play in the game.
