HA! Thanks for the kind words. Been married for almost 40 years and have learned a lot about cooking along the way. When we married, I could not even make cole slaw!! LOL!! After my first wife died, and she knew how to cook, I married my second wife. She was 18 and her idea of a vegetable was canned corn. That was pretty much it. I basically taught her how to cook over about an 18 year period. Mrs. Irish is #3 and we've been married for 10 years and she came pre-trained  We both thought it would be a disaster in the kitchen, because I had been a single dad for several years and had been doing ALL the cooking for me and my 3 kids. But it turned out well. Cooking is one of our favorite things to do together. It truly shows in the meals you display!!
Be kind to one another and tell the ones you love that you love them often. We never know what tomorrow will bring.
