Cattleman' s Steakhouse. It's a working ranch with the biggest and best steaks you will ever eat. It has been a few years for me, but when I was out there, they took the trimmings from the steaks and threw them out in the yard/desert just outside our window. First the roadrunners show up and feast. (lot smaller bird than the cartoon portrays) Then the yotes come out and the roadrunners haul @$$ out of there... Go hungry!! Leave Full!!!
