I met with Doug Deaton when they had the Forever Wild meeting at Tannehill this spring.
He assured me that that employee would not be there this , and it would be manned by the ALDCNR staff only.
I hope this makes a difference due to the fact that I am introducing several new youth to hunting this year.
My son has been helping 2 new kids on there wingshooting and they are excited about trying their newfound skilz..

Joe
sorry it took so long to reply
I am not online to much lately
the Forever wild employee was NOT there and it was a rippin' good time.
We ended up with 3 limits and some worn out boys
I am glad that this post grabbed so much traction that it got Montgomerys attention

Yeah, that guy is definitely Bill, way too defensive. And to tell Beadlescomb to shut up and don't complain b/c he's got his own field is the stupidest thing I've ever heard. This public land belongs to EVERYONE, land owner or not. Sounds like another example of poor management by government. Private sector does everything better. If their intention is to get more kids involved in hunting, having some blow hard run a half ass 3 hour long dove shoot ain't a very good way to do it.
