Less miles doesn't always mean its in good shape.. Letting one sit up is about the worst thing you can do to one. IMO I always hear this, but never seen any proof of it being true. Not doubting, I just don't know. Well, from a carb and battery standpoint, yes. Every year my uncle takes his 2012 Kawasaki to get a dang carb and a battery to the tune of several hundred dollars. Every year I tell him he needs to crank it and run it. Every spring and summer it sits and won't crank or run in the fall for planting. Rinse and repeat. The newer EFI wheelers I am unsure of.
