Yes. I am going to encapsulate my crawlspace this winter.

I just grabbed a pic off the internet. I assume it is, which I have been told by several contractors should be removed.
Every encapsulaeted crawlspace that I've seen had the insulatoin removed, but I guess some just leave it.
I really need to do my crawlspace.
