Apparently not.
Does anyone besides straycat know what it means? Yes. I am going to encapsulate my crawlspace this winter. For an example  Is that insulation still in between the floor joists? I just grabbed a pic off the internet. I assume it is, which I have been told by several contractors should be removed.
