Some vipers are steel and some are aluminium. Aluminium is better because it's lighter.

I think it's just different accessories between the sd and sdx. Sdx likely has the footrest already installed

Not sure about the xxl

Pic of XXL has footrest. I think XXL has the Goliath top.
All three are 300 lbs. XXL & SDX are not on summits website

I think the SD has foam on the inside of the tubing to help dampen the noise.
