Not saying I need that much land (would be nice though!) just the fact of having multiple hunters on one tract can be problematic. In this particular instance, I thought the guy wanted to have 2 total so I tried to get both which seemed reasonable the way he worded the post. Didn't know he had 5 others that deer AND turkey hunt already.

He sounded blown away that I would even suggest one hunter for It. . Heck I know I can cover several hundred acres a day chasing birds. He's to much of a deer hunter to understand.
