When a person tells their child to shut up sit still and don't make a peep,,, that person can forget the child is in the vehicle,,, that's one of the ways this can happen.... drinking and driving ,,, drugs,,, the rule or law should be if you can't take the child/kid inside where you have to go no matter how short time you will be inside leave that child kid with grandpaw and grandmaw.
