I use to use huntsoft. It was great for organizing, I think you can share with people too.

Guess it depends on how close you are with your members. If you're all family or good friends it probably wouldn't be a problem if you all have the same goal. It would definitely help eliminate questions on which bucks should or shouldn't be shot. If you're in a general club and don't really no other members I wouldn't share sheet.

Don't share with the general public or average club member. Family, close friends...ok

Go through photos, establidh an age structure, make a hit list, you could namem that makes it kinda fun kinda interactive also makes it easier to acclimate to a more conservative state of mind. Maybe make a list with pics of deer to young to shoot, and while keeping them very separate let them see shooter and non shooter so people get an idea of what you are trying to accomplish by only shooting this certain type and or age deer. I highly reccommend tho editing photos, an easy way is to go through pics and delete anything that doesnt have clear pics of antlers. And keep them in separate files organize them according to location so you can cross reference if a deer moves to another area. Also make sure your time stamps and dates are accurate. This is a pretty good system. I was going through 10k pics a week in texas an if i didnt figure out a way to get organized it was gonna start suckin real bad. Also when you pick out your shooter deer its easier if you name them, create a file under their name then go through pics and find all pics of that deer and move them into his file. This was my system itah little hardcore for bama maybe.

Post them on a FREE Shutterfly account or use drop box. We've used Shutterfly for that before setting up a website
