Agree with the premise; but not sure how he will win in court? Yep Probably be ruled unconstitutional smdh.... Real Constitution: the President is the Commander in Chief of the military with EXCLUSIVE authority on this subject, therefore his MILITARY ORDER is NOT subject to judicial review.
