They are not suppose to interfere with the situations. Something similar happen a few weeks ago when a guy ran from the law rolled his car then jumped out holding his young daughter. Only one cop and he was able to get her away from him. Then a person with the film crew did get the girl away from the situation.
If that perp had a weapon in his pocket when they were fighting on the ground that cop would be dead. 2:30 is flat out scary
Yep, I was yelling at the TV for the cop to shoot him. Later in the studio is where the host said that they are not suppose to step in. Not that I agree with it
