Why do you say that? I happen to agree with a lot of his points. I don't see how it being legal is more beneficial to the majority of us Americans as it is illegal. The only way to find out is too let us vote on it and let the majority speak. It that constitutional enough for some of y'all? Medical marijuana will be abused the same as the majority of prescription drugs are.
The main thing is that the millions of dollars going into the black market right now would be going instead into the state coffers where it could do some good.
You have to stop thinking in terms of either smoking or not smoking pot. That's not the issue at all. The issue is simply is the money going through illegal channels or legal ones.
