I would like to have a stainless in 270 WSM Why the WSM in a long action Tikka? Just wouldn't mind having one Fair enough. I'm just saying that with Tikka being a long action anyway, I might choose a long action and skip the extra expense and possible loading troubles caused by the WSM. I mean what will a 270 WSM do that a 7mm rem mag won't? The .277 may be 100 FPS faster with bullets 10 grains lighter. Then again a looney doesn't have to have a reason. I just wondered if there was something I wasn't thinking about. If there was,I may want one.
