Pretty sure that you'd make your 275K back in short order if it done the business the one in Thomasville does. Place is always packed, add in the special events like Christmas parties and luncheons that occur during off hours and it's insane the amount of business it does. Done some rough math based on our average tab which usually does not include an appetizer or alcohol and came up with better than 1.5 Million a year, gross. Add in the alcohol, etc and it's probably much better than that.
Put it the right traffic area and follow their business model to a T and you'd make sacks of cash. But if you dont have the traffic and offer poor service/food and you'll lose your azz.
"Cull" is just another four letter word...
