The only ones of those that are REQUIRED are the 4 I mentioned. DTaP requires 5 shots from birth to 18 years Polio requires 4 shots from birth to 18 years MMR requires 2 doses from birth to 18 years Chickenpox requires 2 doses from birth to 18 years That's 13 required shots over the course of 18 years. It's up to you to decide if you want to do all the others.

My Mrs. is the clinic supervisor for the Jackson Co. Health Dept. ( ADPH). I'll ask her later how many shots are required to start public school. Matter of fact , I'll get her to read this thread, I'm sure it'll be entertaining to her.
"Why do you ask"?

This is the definition of a 1st world problem.
The aforementioned northern africans must look at us with such envy. They have children dying of communicable infectious diseases every day, and we let pretty people with the equivalent of 9th grade education determine our public health policy.
We are truly insane.

.
we just trust our doctor to give her what is best for her .
#science Global warming #science Vaccines contain formaldehyde, aluminum and mercury at much higher levels than recommended as safe in drinking water. #science The Tuskegee Study #science I'm not saying don't vaccinate but if you think everything they are giving your child is driven by good science instead of partially being influenced by money then I'd bet you're probably wrong. Just like I bet much of what the anti vaccine crowd believes is wrong. Nothing wrong with profit, because without it we wouldn't have many life saving drugs. Though sometimes profit gets put before people. There are ambulance chasers making fortunes off of drug companies that rushed bad science onto the market.

kids these days get like 60 something doses by the time they start school.
You have any documentation for that? My son is 11, and isn't remotely near that number. I think the state of Alabama requires 4 vaccinations for kids to start school....DTaP, Polio, Chickenpox, and MMR. Yes, some are required to be given in "courses", but nowhere near what you're suggesting. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. youre misunderstanding what I'm saying first off. I didnt say they get 60 shots. some of those you listed have 3 or 4 different doses in each shot. I guarantee you they didnt let your kid start with only 4 shots either. no school system I have ever seen anyway. they get a hepatitis b shot the first week of their life. I'd love to know whats causing such a great risk of hep b to newborns.
Go with the flow and you will end up down the drain!

I would suggest everyone google the transcripts from the simpsonwood cdc conference before they argue this any further. the admissions made are eye opening to say the least, and straight from the horses mouth. vaccination is great when done properly. its when greedy bastards are doing it for profit that it gets sketchy. bottom line is youre a fool to just blindly accept the crap they force on you. as bill pointed out about the safe mercury levels, a little common sense goes a long way.

You trust politicians with your rights , without question, just because they are politicians? You trust contractors without question just because they are contractors? I guess that's a stress free way to go though life, never caring to learn anything because there are experts that can tell you what to think.

Thats the point of going to medical school. I did not, therefor their opinion is greater than mine, no matter how much WebMD you read I am a contractor. Id like to hope that people trust me when working on their project. I strive daily so that they will. No I do not trust politicians. Does anyone?
